I am a property owner of the above property. We employed Admira properties to manage our condo, as we reside in the UK, i received an e-mail informing me that our condo was let from October to end of May. In december i noticed that no rent had been recieved. When this was raised with Admira Properties they immediated deposited money into our account. Subsequently no rent has been recieved for 3months. Despite leaving several messages for Admira Properties no-one is returning my calls. Can you please advise the best course of action? |
