Rented this home for a week in July 2009, and have not received security deposit of $250.00 back. Owner wil Not answer his phone. We have left 3 voicemail messages, and he has not called back. We had a written contract, and are planning on suing if we can figure a way to do it from out of state. The house was decent enough, but it's outrageous that he just keeps our deposit and has NEVER contacted us since the rental. There was no damage, and no accusations from him on anything, so he simply is just stealing that money. |
