My husband and I rented a home through this guy who called himself an agent to the owners. We checked into the house to find that the things he promised were not there. The house was not cleaned, he didn't change the filter on A/C, after about a week the AC broke, he told us it was "our fault," he yelled and cursed and screamed at my wife, a nightmare, total nightmare.
I am no sure how this person came to be in this business, but he is without a doubt the biggest con artist in the world. He not only made our lives a living hell during our stay, he told us that it was our fault and we were the ones to blame, even so far as to calling us names.
I would really be weary of this guy, the owner has since told him not to manage his home, but to think someone could do something like this. I hear from the owner the guy even stole from him, what a shame.

Subject: don't believe everything you hear
Comment: There are two sides to every tale. Here is mine. George Temel and his wife were the worst clients I have ever rented to. They have a 70lb golden retreiver which they claim to love but did not wish to pay the pet fee. They complained about everything including the landscaping. They wanted us to plant more trees. Granted they were only paying $3,000/month because that was the lowest I could go and the most they could spend. His wife found a tick on her dog and insisted we spray for ticks. I'm sorry, but we do not cater to the needs of animals. It is a courtesy we extend and not mandatory. The air conditioning did break, but that was beyond our control. There were storms the week before and the electrical was blown out by lightning strikes. I was there until 10.30pm getting this problem resolved. During this time I witnessed first had how well they got along with each other. They argued all day. Yelling, swearing and screaming at each other. You could tell they were a happy couple. I even refunded them money to keep them happy. They needed instructions on the simplest of things. They say they hated the house but when there 2 months was up the extended for 2 more weeks. I ask this" If they hated the house and the service, why stay?" Don't believe everything you read. There are many bitter people out there.
