We rented a townhouse, Oct. 2010, paid $500.00 deposit and $1100.00 for rent. We were to receive the address of our rental after the amount was paid in full (1100.00) but all we have gotten is the run around. Our first problem was a double charge on our credit card for the deposit. We were told: If you have such charges, I recommed the you call your credit card company and dispute the charges right away so you may received your credit right away. We have not charge from here that amount or any other" The card company took care of the problem. As per their contract, "Your vacation address is: To be provided when full balance is paid" When questioned about this, their reply on 1/11/2011, "Your final paperwor was mail to you already just a few days ago" and on 1/18/2011, " You should received paperwork any day now". When we call, we only get an answering machine and our calls are NOT returned. Beware of Raquel and Andino D'Sanonno. |
