Complaint House was dirty upon arrival. Beds not made. Dishwasher full, not run. Hot water off. Owners son was present but would do nothing.
Ironically, on departure day, the cleaners arrived at 7am!
Call to owner but cleaning continued.
Asked for partial refund, would not do so.
Would only give a credit for future stay which we will never do.
