Despite being assured that our security deposit check was 'in the mail,' it has been months and no such return of our security deposit has occurred. The owner, Ms. Tilden, assured me on several occasions that we would be receiving the check, and never at any time indicated we were not entitled to it. At this point, she has simply stopped communicating with me.
Despite that the property was nice and the kids had a lot of fun, I would strongly recommend not renting from this person. |
