Complaint	This rental property in Emerald Isle, North Carolina does not look like the advertised pictures. The house is in some serious need of TLC. During our recent stay we had a major issue that ruined our vacation. Shorewood Real Estate did not resolve the problem during our stay. They promised to fix the problem and promised us a discount. Shorewood Real Estate did not follow through on any of their promisses. We couldn't have been more unhappy with Shorewood Real Estates lack of customer service.
