We booked the lodge for one month after negotiating the price and agreed to send the 475 euro deposit. When they recieved the deposit they sent the terms and conditions with many hidden extra costs for the Lodge. We tried to negotiate the issues but were not able to come to an agreement. So as the terms and conditions were sent on a later stage and the deposit was provided in confidence we asked them to refund the money. They would not. This is not fair business prictaice, at least send the conditions when we were negotiating the prices if you do not have anything to hide. So we can be aware of them before we send the deposit. Or now just refund the money. One extra charges asked for 180euro for electricity and so forth. We just want other travllers to be fully aware that the villa owners are reday to catch you out and do not act in a professional manner. Watch out!!!! |
