Complaint	Friendly, bubbly Beverly disappeared after cashing our security deposit in the amount of $500.00! The security deposit was not mentioned in initial communications. It was required after we arrived. The condo was left spotless, and everything was in working order, as we found it. Never heard from Beverly again, despite repeated attempts to contact her. This must be the latest Florida vacation home scam because there really is no recourse. BEWARE! Make an arrangement to safeguard your security deposit from being taken without reason. Or consider the price of the condo you rent to be $500.00 more than stated!
