Complaint On the second time we rented this property, owner was out of town and not able to answer our maintenance problems. The property was booked week after week in the summer. The people immediately after us complained about everything, including things such as a dying ice maker, that the landlord then blamed us for. Ice makers are wear and tear.

Next time I'll complain beforehand about all the problems.

There was no one to call for maintenance.
Landlord out of town and never verified any damage.

Seized our deposit.
