Owners rude and uncaring. Both gone first week of my stay and when I left, leaving the entrance and garden in darkness with outside reverse switches turned off from the main house creating a very unsafe and frightening experience.Gas fireplace had been broken for a long time, internet modem set by owners interferred with casita internet access(default gateway), kitchen drain flooded twice, phone and TV blew a fuse while owners were gone first week. Owners do not give a lease. Owners entered rental with no advance notice and just walked in. Owners 3 times opened my private journal and ripped out paper to write me a note. Overpriced for SMA rental and inexcusable behavior on part of owners . |
