Complaint	Mrs. Stephen failed to notify me that she would not be returning my deposit and I only learned of it after I e-mailed her 3 weeks after our departure. She stated that there were fleas in the house which required her to hire an exterminator and to put her next guests up in a motel. She also stated that we had an additional pet. We paid the pet deposit, there were no rules written or spoken concerning the number of pets, neither dog had or has fleas, she has no regular pet service for her rental property, and she failed to keep the terms of her own written contract. She also failed to mention that the washing machine drains above ground and pools at the rear entrance of the home, the front porch floods during heavy rains, and the TVs do not function properly. She will not reply to my e-mail requests. Unless you wish to lose a deposit I would avoid using Mrs. Stephen's property
