Comment: Reo stole my security deposit in June of 2006. Hopefully people see these complaints and don't rent off him.

Subject: Do not rent from REO HOPE, Las Vegas
Comment: We received 12 hours notice before flying out to REO HOPE's Las Vegas rental, that the house was no longer available due to plumbing problem. I had booked and paid in full 6 mos. in advance. Instead of sending us a refund REO HOPE claimed he had already credited my credit card. We had to scramble to find lodging and had to settle for 2nd rate accommadations. He never credited my account, The credit card company covered it. He never returned a phone call. He hung up on me. He also put the original charge through on a phone number which appears on my charge card bill. I phoned that number and was told I had the wrong number. I urge you to notify The Attorney General and the BBB if this happened to you.
