This vacation house was rented via VRBO.com. The broker for this property, Brian Harp, has ignored repeated inquiries about refunding the $500 security deposit. We were informed we would receive the security deposit 30 days after renting the property -- that would have been Sept. 29, 2008. It is now December 22, 2008. We are now contacting the owners of the property to file our complaint.
I ADVISE ANYONE INTERESTED IN RENTAL PROPERTIES IN MT. DESERT, MAINE TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY AND OTHER PROPERTIES BROKERED BY BRIAN HARP. |
