They ruined our vacation, and were scary mean. I have never had a worst experience in my life with any company that claims to be a professional. They took our money, would not work with us during the oil spill, kept our deposit, were rude when we were trying to find a solution. Now I notice that after learning that they had several complaints they recieved to athorities that they have on their website that they will "work" with you. They only thing they did was hurl rude and mean emails, threats, and at the last minute left us stranded. We vacation all over the world often, and never have we experienced anything the way we did. I would never recommend anyone doing business with them. |
