Complaint	Never ever rent from this lady. She is fraudulent and retained my security deposit for random and unallowable reasons. I took her to court and got awarded the maximum amount available which is three times the amount of the deposit because the judge agreed with me. The court process was a nightmare but I thought I had to follow through so that she would learn her lesson, as I fear she has done this to others. I have yet to collect as she is a professional at avoiding court notices and such. WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM PATRICIA RUST AS YOU WILL REGRET IT. I KNOW I HAVE.
