Owner claims home is a four bedromm house. In fact, it is only a 2 bedroom house with a bed in the basement.
Owner claims the entire lake frontage is nice clean sand frontage for swiming, ect. Truth is the entire frontage is a muddy bog on the end of the lake. Therefore dead snails and fish wash up into the muck and rot making a horrable smell which can be detected even inside the house with the windows shut. Several appliances including the air conditioning do not work and the house was filled with mice. When I brought these items to the owners attention, he threatened me if I would complain. Renters beware!! |
