Rented this vacation home direct through owner. When we arrived the house had not been cleaned. Dead bugs everywhere,dirty sheets,rotten food in refrig,ceiling fans hanging from ceiling, and pool & hottub were green with algae. Contacted owner and he said he was sorry and would have people there the next day. No one showed to fix problems so we contacted him again and said we were leaving and asked for a refund which he agread to. After wasting 2 days there we found another home. After we returned home we kept contacting Kevin and he kept saying he would be sending refund shortly. We have now recieved a email stating no refund, sorry. This person is a liar and a thief. |
