Complaint Rental unit is in a boat house that is not only unkept and falling apart but unsafe as well. NO smoke or CO detectors with no access for firefighters if main staircase is blocked. Leaning to one side makes you wonder how long it will stay up. May be cheap but not worth the risk. Be warned!!
