This Real Estate Company's manager "George" essentially stole my security deposit. After my stay there he essentially started playing games and not responding to calls/texts. At some point sited "personal issues" as the reason he has not returned my security deposit. In addition, he sold a package of utilities to me only because I wanted wireless internet. During my 2.5 month stay, I never received wireless internet and he nonetheless charged me for cable/landline which I did not want originally. I did not have electricity for weeks at a time. My apartment was flooded due to a thunderstorm and I had to dry it up with towels myself. Essentially, horrible service, horrible professionalism, and in the end a stolen security deposit. I will be taking legal action, but in the meantime, other buyers beware! |
