My family rented a home in Newport Beach, California for Christmas. When we were about to leave for our vacation we were told that there was an clerical error and we would have to move during our stay. We are a family of 6 and I had already paid in full for our property. We were contacted again while we were enroute and told we were now in the downstairs of the home. The downstairs was smelly, plumbing did not work properly, kitchen appliances did not work and furniture was falling apart. It is now Jan 9, 2010 and no one from the company has returned my call and our deposit has not been refunded. The house was not very clean and the basement was not what we rented. The people who did get the upstairs were incredibly loud. I attempted to contact several people from the company while we were there they did not answer there phones, emails or text messages. The broken things were never attended too. I would never rent from this company again. |
