Complaint We are the home owner's writing this complaint about IVH. The CEO Sean contacted our manager Mr. Y. Hassin and said this is an emergency rental for a wealthy family from Mexico.

We made preparations and even allowed the family to place 30 pieces of luggage in our home.

But after pressuring IVH to pay the money before we allow the guest to fully check in - IVH cancelled at the last moment.

We aren't sure if IVH was scamming us and or their guest family but they never did pay and follow through with their commitments.
