Complaint	House was dirty when we arrived; specifically, floors were filthy, window screens were bug-encrusted; several windows didn't open; several kitchen appliances plugged into one outlet; third "bedroom" wasn't a room, more like an alcove off top of stairs. Owner suggested that for our 2-year-old son, but the "room" didn't have a door, and was at the top of a flight of stairs! Strong mildew smell in downstairs bedroom. Rowboat was filled w/ water; recycling in yard along w/ rusted car parts. Owner said he checked property later and that was "normal." Gave us a small refund, and called the place "rustic" in a subsequent email although it was described as "fully equipped" on website. Owner did not keep track of what we'd paid.
