I have stayed at cabins listed on this website several times before and I enjoyed the luxurious cabins and mountain scenery. However, when I booked a rental for my husband's 30th birthday, I was charged a deposit twice. I followed up with this company immediately, and I have been given the run around for two months now. I finally was able to speak with someone a few moments ago and I was not allowed the phone number for corporate headquarters and Cindy was indifferent to my situation and refused to provide any level of decent customer service to me. After I saw that our conversation was going no where fast, I told her that if they were not going to do anything to demonstrate any kind of service that I want to just cancel the reservation immediately. She quickly replied that she would cancel it and hung up. I have never been so insulted, and I will never vacation with Gatlinburg Cabins Online again. I am hoping that I will discover a corporate phone number so that I can speak with someone and file a complaint for the poor service. |
