Complaint	The house was filthy, unkept, neglected and rundown. Definitely not what the buyer advertised , definitely not what I had agreed to rent. The house is mouldy and not up to standard. I am requested a full refund.I have contacted the seller directly who gave me in writing her promise to refund my $ in full but who is now reneging on that promise.This house is in terrible disrepair,has cockroaches as well as rats and should not be on the market for rent until it has been professionally tended to.The "garden" is nothing more than a jungle. Run far and fast from this place!!!!!
