Complaint	We called to reserved over the phone 3day weekend - AX card was given - to reserve. We then had problem getting a hold of the leasing agent - actually no calls for 1 week - we were advised today (8days later) it has been given to another family since they were staying a week vs our 3days - this is ethically wrong!!!!
