Complaint Inquired on listing from VRBO. Was told property was available for Thanksgiving weekend 2011. Sent check for $600. It was cashed and we were e-mailed confirmation of date. 2 weeks prior to vacation, we were told they had double-booked. They tried pushing us into a smaller home (2 bathrooms for 16 people.) We asked for a refund. They said they would, but have not set it 1 month later. Will no longer return e-mail.
