VACATION RENTALS WATCHDOG

My family and I got their at 5:30am July 8th cause ill flight was delayed. When we got to the villa it smelled really bad of mold we opened up the windows and wanted to see if the smell would go away. We were so tired we all feel asleep. I Melinda Serrano was so tired but the smell in the sheets of mold were so bad that I was up at 8:30am. I looked around the home and the place was full of mold everywhere behind the bed's in the elvevator shaft. I have plenty of pictures. On some of the outlets their were no covers. Cable wiring haning out of walls no toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Elevator not working walking up and down 3 flights and going up is not that relaxing for a vacation. We decided to call the manager her name is Raquel Medina and I let her know that the place was not inhabitable for anyone to stay their the call was made about 9am. She was then calling Monica the wife of Jayson Fittipaldi. She returned my call and said she would send someone over to clean. I told her for the owners to pls me. Monica the returned my call after awhile. I told her if she sent someone the smell of mold was not going anywhere and the outlets were not covered and several things were not done and I was not happy. No elevator it would take weeks before it would get done. It was false advertising in thier part breech of contract. I told her I was leaving she told me she would send me the money back. she sent 10 percent back in my account . I am not happy with the out come of this owner shame on them. I then got in contact with VRBO.COM the only thing they could tell me is she took the listing off and theirs nothing they can do and was sending her an email about this report and she could no longer put any listing on their web site. Can someone pls help me I have pictures to verify all of the outsome. Thank You
