I rented a beach condo from this agency and paid 516.00 for 4 nights. the unit was noisy and not completely cleaned, I tried over and over to contact the agency, they did not call me back, I eneded up staying 2 nights and wanted to move to another unit or get a refund for the nights I did not stay and some of my cleaning fee and taxes back. I finially reached one of the agents and she was so rude to me, she did not try to accomodate me whatsoever. I vacated the unit on the 3rd morning and drove around all day waiting for the agency to call me and talk to me about getting another unit or refund, about 6 in the afternoon I spoke with Tina Howard and she agreed to send me 190.00 of the 516.00 I paid. I was not very happy about it but accepted. it has been over a month and they will not return my calls and have not sent a check to me. they were not professional at all and were so rude. they don't even have an office I can go to, they have a post office box address!I had to rent for 2 more nights somewhere else and wasted an entire day waiting for the agency to resolve something with me. |
