Complaint	After cancelling rental agreement (agreed to by owners) they have refused to answer phone calls and have blocked my e-mail messages as to the refund of monies sent them to hold the reservation.It has been more than 30 days (as per agreement). They advertise home sleeps 6 but they charge high fees for any more than 2 people and are not flexible when it comes to an overnight guest....Hard to deal with...I am still waiting to hear from them. They will not return your phone calls choosing to communicate by e-mail when it suits them. If you choose to rent from them..be careful what you sign.
