Complaint	Pretty much all of the amenities listed on the site are not there, including the hot tub and finished pool, plus Craig Siegel is a total BSer and says one thing and does another. The house was filthy, had an apartment on the 2nd floor (very loud!) and was quite filthy. Not to mention really overpriced and it's not even on the beach.

Subject: Craig Siegel rip off
Comment: We had a similar renter's nightmare experience by renting VRBO property #283271 / Vacation rentals- 14782 over Thanksgiving '11. When we arrived, we thought our directions were wrong, because it appeared to be an abandoned property. The house is a total dump that has had zero maintenance or upgrades in years, and the listing in VRBO is a series of intentional misrepresentations. The most-angering part was Craig Siegel's phony show of help to fix some of the problems. The guy clearly skates by ripping others off, knowing they probably won't go to the trouble of civil action. Do not believe anything you read or hear from this guy.
