The house was filty, had roof leaks everywhere, infested with bugs, and overall had no maintenace done on it for at least 10 years. UNRENTABLE! He does not return phone calls, e-mails, or YOUR DEPOSIT! He takes the property off the vacation rentals sites once it is rented early spring so renters cannot post comments about the property. I have found his name on tyhis site 3 times so far and he is consistent, HE DOES NOT RETURN DEPOSITS OR CALLS! He is a fraud and a theif in my book and I am going to persure action against him. |
