Complaint	We rented this for 3 years 2006/2007 and 2008. The first 2 years it took 4 months to get our deposit back each time. We went back because dad liked the location. But 2008 I gave her 35 day notice before our arrival dateon 8/23 that my mother was dying and she said no problem she will re-rent it and send our money back of $2500.00. She of course never did. My mother past on 7/30/08 and she kept our money and said she could not rent it. We took her to court and won, but it will be difficult to get what is due back to us.
