Complaint	I rented an apartment from Jeff Glovsky in August of 2008 and have yet to receive the refundable security deposit from him. I have contacted him via phone, email and text over the last year and a half and have been told that the "money is on the way." And now, he will not return any of my emails and cannot be reached at the phone numbers he provided.
