Complaint	Owner did not provide the "daily complimentary" breakfast, the promised "gift pack" or even toilet paper. If that weren't bad enough, she tried to withhold our security deposit. Watch out for the trick photography too--the cabin is carefully photographed to avoid showing you that it right next to a trailer home. We kept getting startled by people walking by the kitchen window--not their fault--they had to walk by it to get out of their trailer.

Subject: NOT a Mt. Evans Cabin!
Comment: Since when is a tiny house in town sitting practically on top of an old mobile home and a beat up RV parked out front a Mt. Evans Cabin??? This is the most ridiculous idea someone has of a "vacation rental" I have ever seen!!! Please don't get a negative idea of the beautiful Mt. Evans area and REAL cabins for rent by these charletons who buy foreclosed properties for cheap and mismarket them as vacation homes! The photos and comments are totally bogus and do not accurately depict the property.
