Prepare to not see your security deposit. The contact person was supposed to arrive at the property on the day of departure, to conduct a walk-through, and, presumably, refund the deposit at that time. He did not show up. I called him and he promised to send the money via Western Union the next day. Naturally, this did not happen, and I have been getting the run-around ever since. Judging by the way they're shunting me from one representative to another, and how they're always going to get "the supervisor" to call back, this is an organized practice that's been used many times before. |
