Complaint	When we arrived in mid February the appartment was not heated. Many things were missing such as light bulbs , shower curtain etc. The beds were covered with very thin tired old duvets. The unit has two doors. To get in the landlord used a crowbar. He did not have spare keys. After dinner , we took a closer look at the beds . The beds were full of bugs and the sheets were dirty. We complained to the landlord who offered another uncleaned smaller unit nearby. We refused and he said he would contact the Feel NY to give our money back. Feel NY investigated summarily. The landlord reneged on his promise, We lost all our money and feelny accused us of being dishonest.
