Booked roof top apartment with patio on Roof with 3 nice bedroom and living room and kitchen within walking distance to the Vatican. Two days before arrive we received an email that due to maintance they had to move us across the river from the Vatican and in a buiding on second floor that was no where close to the quality of the apartment we rented and they charged us the same rent and would not return calls to assist us with our complaints and told us to take it or leave it we had never been to Rome and was left without any explaination at all. The rental agent was rude when questions about the difference and acted put out by our questions. This was a totally terrible experience. |
