We chose this home because of the location (right on the beach) and it had plenty of room for our group. The one up side to this home was the patio, but it did not outweigh the negatives. First, it was dirty. There was dirt and caked on dust on all the blinds, windows, and doors. Second, there were bloodstains on a set of sheets! Third, there were mousetraps placed next to the fridge WITH a dead mouse in it. Last. although this seems miniscule compared to everything else, none of the DVD players worked. When I contacted Gail at the Rainbow Ventures, she basically said that all of these problems were because the house is located right on the beach and she personally would never choose to live there. Then she shifted the focus and claimed they were missing a CD player. After I let her know EXACTLY where each CD player was when I did a walk through, I heard no more from her. I had to call and follow up about receiving our deposit back and it came in the mail 2 days later. I found this listing on VRBO and have rented from this website before with much better results. I would recommend not renting from this property management company AT ALL. |
