Complaint We booked this home with Gavin and paid him in full weeks before the rental. He stalled and stalled and eventually informed us the place had already been rented months ago for the same time period. He informed us 48 HOURS before we were to arrive. This is low, underhanded and just plain wrong. We got traded for a better offer. Period. I wouldn't rent from this guy again-ever.
