My first accomodation went broke (hotel) - so i googled some vacation rentals for NY. I found a place on backpages and enquired. Once i got an email back i googled the managers name to see what other places they had. He gave me a booking form and told my dates were available.
I deposited $500 security bond + 50% of the booking charge ($1220US in total) we have been in contact several times - but now ive lost contact after enquiring about a cancellation fee (i was getting a little suss so i sent it to see what my options were) - ive had no response - that was 5 days ago. Im sure ive been dudded. Im only glad i didnt travel all the way from Sydney to NY and find i dont have any accomodation. |

Comment: well safe to say ive had no correspondance back from alfred. I have told all rental sites about him but some still like to NOT withdraw his listings at my request. Please be weary of him!
