Complaint	Laura Archer refuses to give us back our "fully refundable" cleaning deposit stating that she has evidence that we had a dog in the house. We didn't have a dog. I cleaned the house so well before leaving and I do regret it now. She didn't return our emails or telephone messages while we were there and I was rather concerned about her mental stability. The house was not as she had shown on her website and I had my doubts about her honesty so I told myself be careful here leave it exactly as you found it. But then, I get home and she writes that she has evidence that we had a dog (of all things, we flew in from Canada and Afghanistan) no dog in tow. She is also threatening additional charges due to this non-existant dog!!!
