Mark Parquette, the landlord of 4328 Harbor, refuses to return our $900 security deposit claiming that our cats did damage to his 6 year old furniture and values that at $2,500. We have provided him with statements from our Vet stating the cats have no claws, he has talked to the vet in person to hear the same. Even if we somehow did damage WHICH WE DIDNT similar furniture can be purchased for less than $200 at craigs list. He is defrauding us by neglecting to notify us by certified mail,( within in 30 days per florida statue) of his claim. In general the house was dirty with numerous parts broken |
