Complaint	The owner, Shannon Donaldson, did not send us the full deposit, she charged us for the following unreasonable items: - Shannon Donaldson claimed that there were no power at 2 bedrooms after we checked out. She sent us an invoice for electricity repairs for $200. The invoice dated 07/19/2010 which is 8 days after we checked out! The company is "A-All At Ease Electric" - Shannon Donaldson charged us $30 for a broken pool stick. She sent us the picture of that broken pool stick. The funny thing is the picture dated 08/11/2009 4:40pm while we rented her vacation home on July 10-11, 2010 - Shannon Donaldson also charged extra cleaning fee of $50 besides $150 cleaning fee paid upfront. She claimed that she had to clean outside the house because we smoked and littered around the house. That's a shocking news since none of us smoke!
