These people fabricate stories of how you left their vacation home in a mess, and justify themselves by keeping your damage deposit.
We have rented from many places before that:
1) Do not ask for a damage deposit
2) Does a walk-through with you when you first arrive.
3) Do not require us to keep the suite neat and tidy as found, and charge $25/hr to clean it herself
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE THESE PRE-DOCTORED PHOTOS OF YOU LEAVING THEIR HOME DISARRAY EVENTHOUGH YOU HAVE CLEANED IT. |
