Owner of this 1 bedroom in Trump International rented us this unit and mailed us keys that did not work. This units owner has an agreement with the hotel that he will not rent this unit out. The owner must be present to let anyone into their unit and this owner never showed up to let us in. The hotel refuses to help you because their rule is the owner must be present. The owner ran our credit card thru 2 times for almost $4,000. We could not get in contact with him and neither could the hotel.
This man is running a scam do not rent this unit. He owns 2 units in this hotel and is still advertising both of them.- Beware He will not return our money! |
