Sent the man$1400.00. He sent me a contract from the web site. Stayed in contact the whhole time. When he wanted me to send the 2nd check to the UK.....I became suspicious...researched the owner at the address, spoke with him and found out that people had been showing up to rent his house all summer. Too much money to jusrt give away. I thought the business was legit.
