Rudeness and Disrespect

I only inquired about the property, but was given a very rude response. I received a call from a property manager, who smugly laughed and told me I'd selected the most expensive property. I said that was fine, I only wished to see what was available, if any, on the resort during a specified time. I was told there was nothing available for that weekend, to which I responded that I had no flexibility b/c I was coming up for the triathlon. The manager laughed again and said that I should have thought about that a year ago as all the other people booked a year in advance and that I would never find a place within 20 miles of Geneva during that time. He continued to lecture me on better planning etc. I told him I only recently signed up for the triathlon, tho I did compete last year and know the area well. He continued to lecture on my poor planning, to which I said, "thank you for not being any help sir, have a nice day" and hung up. I then received an incredibly rude email from the individual, who refuses to walk away. I have never experienced such nonprofessional behavior, and wish to warn others about the property management.
