On June 2, 2008 My girlfriend and myself reserved a cabin from Americas Cabins in Pigeon Gatlinburg. we were required to pay a security deposit of $100.00 dollars upon arrival. my card was taken the 100.00 dollars was withdrawn from my checking account and was told by the office worker Ann that my account would be credited back the 100.00 dollars within 10 business days. It has been nearly two months now and my money was never returned back into my account. Beware if you are thinking of renting a cabin from this company. the acted so sweet when we rented the cabin, but as soon as I begin to ask about my deposit being returned they were very short and unfriendly.
