Overall the property was nice but not great. Coffee pot did not work and game room equipment was incomplete.
Owner refused to return rental deposit after rental property was left in perfect condition. Owner claimed that we told him that only 4 people would stay at the property. We told him 12.
Be very wary of this owner. If you rent from him, get the agreement in writing.
